Privacy

Here's what the site collects and why, in plain language, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). It's simple: I only ask for what I need to sell you a print and keep you posted on your order.

What I collect when you buy

To process an order I need your email (that's how you log in and track the purchase), name, shipping address and phone. This data is used to produce, ship and support your order — and, in the case of your email and phone number, also in the way described under "Measurement & ads".

Payment

Payment is handled by an external payment provider. Card details go straight to them — I never see or store card numbers. I only get back the confirmation that the payment went through.

Passwordless login

No passwords. When you sign in, I send a one-time code to your email — just to confirm the email is yours.

Cookies

I use cookies only for the essentials: keeping your cart, your login session, and remembering you've seen this notice. The measurement tools below may also set cookies.

Measurement & ads

To understand what works on the site and in campaigns, I use third-party analytics and advertising tools. They log browsing and some technical data (such as IP address and browser identifiers); on a purchase, the advertising one also receives your email and phone number in scrambled form, to measure results. The notice shown on your first visit is informational: it tells you the site uses cookies and analytics, but it doesn't switch anything on or off, and the email and phone number are sent from my server, without going through the browser. Error monitoring

I use a monitoring service to log technical failures on the site. When an error happens, that log may include your IP address, browser details and whatever you had filled into the form at that moment — only so I can reproduce and fix the problem.

WhatsApp contact

When you reach out via WhatsApp, you're taken to the app with a pre-filled message. The conversation happens directly between you and me, on WhatsApp.

If you buy, I use the phone number you enter at checkout to keep you posted on the order over WhatsApp — payment confirmed, shipping and delivery — and, if you leave a purchase half-finished, to remind you about the cart. Beyond the messaging provider, that number also goes in scrambled form to the advertising tool described above — I don't use the number for any purpose beyond those described on this page.
